He received his degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and completed his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry Robert Weed Johnson Hospital. He expanded his knowledge through multiple fellowships across prestigious institutions, such as the National Cancer Institute Surgical Oncology in Bethesda, Maryland, the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan, New York.
