Madeline Martin is a speech therapist at Oroville Hospital. She earned her degree from California State University Northridge. She typically treats patients diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries, dementia, aphasia and dysphagia. She takes a practical and functional approach when treating her patients, choosing therapy tasks that mimic real life situations. Madeline believes therapy should be optimally challenging, rewarding and fun in order to keep patients engaged. She enjoys being able to make a meaningful impact on each patient she treats and seeing their improvements after each therapy session.
Outside of work Madeline enjoys rock climbing, live music and stand-up shows, hiking, skiing, and binge watching her favorite TV shows.
