Marc Wysong PA-C/FNP has been a physician assistant and a family nurse practitioner since 2002. He began working at Oroville Hospital in 1982 as a paramedic and was a founding member of the hospital’s paramedic life support system. He returned to school becoming an emergency services registered nurse only to return again to become a midlevel practitioner. He graduated from Stanford University’s School of Medicine Primary Care Associate Program in 2002. Marc has worked for Oroville Pediatric Associates since 2010 and prior to that he worked for the hospital’s emergency services department for 20 years.
When Marc’s not busy providing primary care for children at Oroville Hospital he enjoys the outdoors, hiking with his dogs, canoeing, whitewater rafting, snorkeling, and even surfing. He also enjoys yoga, swimming, and spending time relaxing and traveling with his family and friends. As a younger man he studied music in college and still enjoys playing drums and attending world music and jazz music festivals.
