OROVILLE HOSPITAL RECEIVES $10 MILLION GIFT TO ESTABLISH THE MAGUIRE NEUROPSYCHIATRIC INSTITUTE

The new neuropsychiatric institute is named in honor of the life work of the late Gerald Eugene Maguire MD, and his continuing legacy through his son Gerald Anthony Maguire MD.

OROVILLE, Calif., Feb. 19, 2025 – Oroville Hospital is announcing the establishment of The Maguire Neuropsychiatric Institute made possible through a $10 million donation facilitated by Gerald Anthony Maguire MD. The institute will enhance neuropsychiatric care in our community and surrounding region by providing excellence in patient care, clinical research and medical education.
